Delivery Information

In most cases, your order will ship within 1 business day. Express Delivery orders will ship same day if ordered before 1pm PST.  Delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days within the Continental US.

Free Shipping on all SUPs and orders over $50.00 (Continental US)

All of our SUPs include free shipping in the Continental US. In addition, all orders over $50.00 ship for free. Shipping charges to AK & HI are applied at checkout.  Expedited shipping is also offered at checkout.

International Shipping

Yes, we now ship internationally! Your rates will be calculated on checkout. Taxes and duties are subject to your home country's regulations: GILI is not responsible to paying any applicable duty rates. 

Our transit times for International Shipments are generally 5 to 12 business days.

We do our best to get all orders out within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. Transit times are listed below and are estimated on business days. We offer free standard shipping to Continental U.S.

Shipping Damage

All of our products are carefully packaged and shipped. We do everything we can to ensure your order will arrive in perfect condition. In rare occasions, outside of our control, an item may show up with damage incurred while in transit.

Visible Damage Upon Delivery

Please inspect the box and contents for any visible signs of damage before signing and accepting the shipment. If you find any damage to the package or its contents, please refuse the shipment. You can do this by telling the shipper you are "Refusing due to damage."

Damage After Accepting Shipment

If you have signed or accepted the shipment, and then notice damage to your product, you have three (3) business days from the date of delivery to file a claim. Claims filed outside of this window may result in the customer being responsible for shipping charges. To file a shipping damage claim, contact us.

60-Day Guarantee Return Policy

All products at GILI Sports are covered by our 60-day Guarantee. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to try out our products. If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, you may return your items for a refund back to the original payment method. A 20% restocking fee (per item) applies on all returns.

  • All returns must be in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear and be returned with all originally included parts and accessories.  Any missing items will delay the refund process.
  • All returns are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center.  If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are damaged or in poor condition, this may reduce the amount of your refund. If items are missing, the retail cost of that item will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.  If you require a pre-paid shipping label, please contact us.  The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Limit one return within 180 days per customer.
  • An additional $50.00 per board will be charged for board returns from Alaska or Hawaii.

I don’t have the original box for a paddle board I bought. What do I do?

If you don’t have the box we shipped your paddle board in, any box that fits the board and all accessories will work. Most large sporting good stores and home improvement stores will have the boxes or cardboard you need to safely pack the board. Shipping Stores will often help you pack your items as well. 

Price Guarantee

Throughout the year GILI Sports may run sales and promotions. Prices on all products throughout the year may vary. If you purchase one of our products and the price changes within 30 days of purchase, we will provide an online store credit/gift card for the difference of the item. Please contact us to request a price guarantee claim.
